Abstract

The study of business law or Islamic economics has challenges in the development of legal events because various Islamic economic and financial institutions are developing rapidly both in Indonesia and developing countries as well as in developed countries in the West. Studies related to legal events require comparative studies, including between Islamic and Western contract law. Apart from that, the study of Islamic legal events needs to be formalized within the framework of national and international engagement law.
