ANALYSIS OF CULINARY BUSINESSES FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF SHARIA ECONOMIC LAW ON CULINARY BUSINESS PADDUPPA

This study discusses the analysis of culinary business from the perspective of sharia economic law with 2 problems, namely the analysis of the development of culinary business and culinary business in the perspective of sharia economic law. The purpose of this research is to determine the analysis of culinary business development in the perspective of sharia economic law. The type of research used is qualitative research using normative theological approaches and sociological approaches. Data collection techniques use observation (observation), interviews, documentation. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources as well as data analysis using deductive and inductive analysis. The results of this study show that the results of the analysis of the development of culinary businesses can be seen from the number of people who have increasingly opened café businesses in Padduppa Village, Tempe District. This café business has been around since 2017 and is well received by the community and government in Paduppa Village. The development of culinary business now shows a significant increase because Paduppa Village is a strategic place and is on the axis road so that many people or motorists pass by and indirectly affect the development of culinary business in Paduppa Village, Tempe District, Wajo Regency. This culinary analysis is in accordance with the principles of sharia economic law including: divinity (Ilahiyah), amanah, maslahat, justice, ibahah, freedom of transaction, and halal and avoid the haram.
