Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of the Spiral Progression Ap-proach (SPA) as an innovative learning strategy in the Philippine curricu-lum system. The study examines how SPA enables students to gradually build understanding of concepts through repeated exposure with increas-ing complexity. The analysis explores the theoretical foundations, imple-mentation challenges, and benefits of this approach in the Philippine edu-cational context. This discussion highlights how SPA contributes to deeper learning, better retention, and improved critical thinking skills among Filipi-no students. The findings suggest that while SPA presents certain imple-mentation challenges, it significantly enhances student learning outcomes when properly executed.
