This study examines the effectiveness of the Silent Way method in enhancing the speaking skills of students at Madrasah Aliyah As’Adiyah 21 Kampiri. Through observations during two meetings and interviews with six students from class X.B, the research identifies both the improvements in speaking skills and the challenges faced during the learning process. The findings reveal that the Silent Way method encourages active participation and reduces anxiety among students, facilitating a more engaging classroom environment. However, obstacles such as the visibility of learning materials and initial apprehension were also noted. The research concludes that with proper preparation and clear instructions, the Silent Way method can effectively improve students’ speaking abilities.
